We’ve structured our leases with flexibility in mind, helping you stay agile as your business evolves. We even build in useful Break Points to give you options, not lock-ins!

We issue quarterly “inclusive” invoices which cover Rent, Security, Services, Buildings Insurance and Common Area Cleaning – where relevant. A full breakdown of these 5 components is provided before any lease is agreed. Although we invoice quarterly, we recognise the potential impact on cash flow for some businesses, so we also give you the option to pay monthly. Electricity is separately metered and recharged at cost, so you only pay for what you use. Business Rates, where applicable, go straight to the local authority.
