Internal refurbishment creating smaller offices

Work is well underway to partition a first-floor office unit to create 5 smaller offices. Old walls and fixtures have been stripped out, and new partition sections have been installed, ready for plasterboard.

Still to go in are air-conditioning, electrics, data cabling, new LED lighting, (partition walls), paintwork and carpets ready for new tenants… The small offices will be from 142 sq ft up to 213 sq ft in size and will be available from July. Contact us on 01483 387 305 to reserve one!
